Policy

1) Developer Desks Technologies also known as devdesks does not work on adult, porn or sites which contain explicit content.
2) Devdesks does not start any activity on any accepted project for which there is no up front paid is made, the devdesks only allocate resources on a project when an agreed percentage of project cost is deposited to devdesks account.
3) Devdesks provides maintenance service to all clients for their projects if demanded.
4) Devdesks works on dedicated resource basis or on fixed/hourly rate for projects as negotiated.
5) In case of project failure due to any reason, the devdesks will refund to client a maximum of 75% of the amount received in the account of devdesks (after deductions of bank and the portal fees) till that date and it will not refund any part of total project cost agreed between two parties initially.
